Lunch


This is what i had for lunch today. I know I dont have any protein but i didnt have any meats. I try to eat most of my carbs for breakfast and lunch because i can burn some of them during the day. My lunch was 359 calories. Sweet Potatoe with I can believe its not butter-120, Broccoli-189, and vitamin water 50 calories.

Week 3 Post Pregnancy




Today its been 3 weeks and 3 days since i had my baby boy and i must say that i'm sore as hell, not from the birth of my son, but because I decided to do a workout video yesterday. I order the Biggest loser power scuplt video and decided that i was going to do the video yesterday, out of boredom. I finished the video and thought to myself that the video was hard but not as bad as i thought it was going to be; especially since i haven't did any physical activities since i was 4 fmonths pregnant. Anyway Today I feel the result of the biggest loser video and it feel like my legs are going to fall off and my arms fell like jelly. The video suggest you do the workout 4 days a week but i dont think my arms and legs can do it. So i decided to do it twice a week, since i still have 3 more weeks before my doctor release me and allow me to workout.
